Mud runs and obstacle races have exploded in popularity over the last few years and I wanted in on the action. So I took part in the 12 km Iron Run event at Cranford Hall, Kettering to see how I could cope with all the mud, sweat and tears! On what was a wet and miserable day the pre event organisation was excellent.
